【Expiry date for orders】

In the case that payment cannot be confirmed within 10 days of the order date, the order will be cancelled.

【Product shipping date】

Once the payment has been confirmed, the product will be shipped within 5 business days. (Closed Sat/Sun/Holidays)

Please note that we may refuse orders in the following cases:

・In the case that product in inventory is dirty or damaged.

・In the case that the order exceeds the amount of the product in stock.

【About Cancellations】

Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of ordering.
Convenience Store Payment refunds cannot be done in-store.

【About Returns and Exchanges】

Exchanges for the same product will be done only if there is damage, defect or a disturbance at the time of product receipt.

In the case that the same product is not in stock, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the original product.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the case that the product is soiled or damaged due to negligence on the part of the customer.

【Deadline for returns】

We will accept returns only if an email request is received within 7 days of the product arrival. After product arrives and this deadline is passed, we cannot accept any returns.
