◆Making an order
1. On the page of your desired item, enter the number you wish to purchase, and click “Add to cart”.
2. On the “Cart” page, check the item and number, and if there’s no mistakes, click “Checkout”. If you still wish to purchase more items, click the “Continue shopping” button, or search for your desired item from the top menu.
3. Enter your contact information, shipping address, and click “continue”.
4. Select the shipping method, and click “continue”.
5. Confirm the contents of the order, and click “Pay now”. Your order is now finished!
You can buy products without registration.

◎Convenience store payment（In Japan and Japanese Yen only）

※Please make payment within 10 days of order confirmation.

※Please be advised that ordering shipments to 2 or more locations will result in separate shipping charged for each location.
◎Customs duties
Depending on the receiving country or region, customs duties may be charged separately. In addition, some regional postal services add an additional charge at a local level. In either case, please be advised that the customer will be responsible for all such charges.
◆Shipping your order
Once the payment has been confirmed, the product will be shipped within 5 business days. (Closed Sat/Sun/Holidays)
Should weather or some other circumstance result in a delay of shipment, we will contact you.

※The shipping provider may change depending on the size of the order.
Also, please be aware we may refuse delivery for the following reasons:
・In the case that product in inventory is dirty or damaged.
・In the case that the order exceeds the amount of the product in stock.
Should your order contain items that are out of stock or not yet released, we may contact you and hold the entire order until all items are able to be shipped.
◆Cancelling an order
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of ordering. The same is true for reservations.
When canceling, send the following information by email.

・Your name (The name you used when ordering)
・Order number
・The name and number of units for the item you wish to cancel
・Your reason for cancelling
Upon a reply from us, your order will be cancelled.
◆Returns and exchanges
We will only accept an exchange for an identical item if the item is damaged or destroyed upon delivery. If the item is not in stock, we will refund your payment after the item is returned. We will only be able to accept a return or exchange if we are contacted within seven days of the order’s arrival.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted in the case that the product is soiled or damaged due to negligence on the part of the customer.

We will contact you with more information regarding the returns process once we confirm your email.
※Please be aware that in the event either you do not contact us, or send the return item to us before we contact you, we may refuse to accept the return.
◆About our items
◆About item reservations
If you would like to reserve an item that is not in stock, please email us. Please be aware that due to the amount of the order or production status, we may not be able to take a reservation.
We only accept reservations through email. Please send the following information by email. Please write “Item reservation” in the title field of the email.
・Your name
・Your address (Postal code, address)
・Name of recipient (if different than the person ordering)
・Phone number
・Desired item
・Number of units
・Preferred payment method (Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
◆Wrapping
At Fudetabi Kobo, we package our items in a particular way when shipping. We are not currently taking requests for gift wrapping, but be assured we take great care in packaging your items.
